Request for Proposals No. 27-070 -Technical Appraisal Review Services for View Drive Properties

Description: The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking proposals for technical appraisal review services for 16 View Drive properties affected by recurring glacial lake outburst flooding. The selected consultant will review the property appraisals and prepare technical appraisal review reports approving or rejecting them for agency use. The work is expected to begin in mid-to-late September 2026, take approximately 13 weeks, and requires a State-Certified General Real Property Appraiser with relevant USPAP, Uniform Act, and NRCS EWPP-Buyout experience.
