IDAHO DPW BSU Morrison Center Lobby Restroom Remodel (RFP)

The project consists of a 1,168 SF lobby restroom remodel with a potential expansion to 3,983 SF to improve efficiency, service, capacity, and functionality. The project includes extending the remodel of existing lobby level restrooms. Remodel of lobby level, 2nd floor and 3rd floor restrooms along with the family restrooms, mother's room, accommodating sensory room, janitor's closets and corridors. The addition of restrooms for the 2nd and 3rd floor require modification of existing internal waste lines to handle increased capacity, plus a new sewer line on exterior of the building to tie into existing sewer manholes.
