Request for Proposals for Snow Plowing Services

Description: Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (MassTech) is issuing Solicitation No. 2027-GA-01 to solicit responses from qualified contractors with experience in snow plowing, removal, salting, sanding, and de-icing services. The selected contractor shall clear, plow, salt, sand, and de-ice the 10-building, 36-acre MassTech Campus at 75 North Drive in Westborough, Massachusetts as well as The Massachusetts Division of Fisheries & Wildlife field headquarters property. The contract is to begin in the Fall of 2026 and continue throughout the winter seasons of 2026/2027 and 2027/2028, with RFP responses due by Friday, August 14, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. EDT.
