Request for Proposal Town Assessor Services

Description: The Town of Guildhall, Vermont, located in Essex County, has issued an Invitation to Bid seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors for annual town assessor services. Bidders must respond in full to the Request for Proposal for Town Assessor Services document, which can be obtained from the Town Clerk by email (townclerk@guildhallvt.org), phone (802-676-3797), or in person during posted office hours. Sealed bids must be received by 3:00 PM on August 18, 2026, at the Guild Hall (Town Office) at 13 Courthouse Dr., Guildhall, VT 05905, and the Guildhall Selectboard reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
