Provide one (1) new 4-ton split system with electric heat kit unit equivalent to the existing unit currently installed at the County Archives. The contractor is responsible for identifying a like or better replacement and must provide justification for the selected unit. Removal and disposal of the existing unit(s). Provide any required piping, valves, and electrical installation, including new insulation and heat tracing for the outdoor CHW piping, if necessary.
