Portland Library, Millersville Library, and Administration Bldg Unit Replacement for the Sumner County Mayors Office (Request for Proposal)

Description: Administration Building- Removal and disposal of (1) existing CHW pump. Provide (1) replacement pump of the same capacity along with new triple duty valve, suction diffuser, and butterfly valve. The contractor is responsible for identifying a like or better replacement and must provide justification for the selected unit. Draining, filling, and air bleeding of the piping system. Portland Library: Provide two (2) new 12.5-ton gas pack units equivalent to the existing unit currently installed at the Portland Library. The contractor is responsible for identifying a like or better replacement and must provide justification for the selected unit. Millersville Library: Provide two (2) new 10-ton gas pack units equivalent to the existing unit currently installed at the Millersville Library. The contractor is responsible for identifying a like or better replacement and must provide justification for the selected unit.
