Description: Request for Proposal No. RFP261001: GCCM for Seward Tops K-8 School Partial Reroof And Seismic Improvements Project. Seattle Public Schools (district) is requesting statements of qualifications and proposals from General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) firms to support the District’s Capital Projects division to provide preconstruction and construction services for the Seward Tops K-8 School Partial Reroof And Seismic Improvements in the Building, Technology, Academics / Athletics (BTA) V Capital Levy. The proposed project is located at 2500 Franklin Ave E. Seattle, WA 98102 on a 1.87-acre site owned by Seattle Public Schools. The total estimated value of the work to be contained within the GC/CM contract is approximately $2,600,000, including GC/CM contingency and excluding Washington State Sales Tax.
