In-Home Energy Services Process Evaluation (Request for Proposal)
Evaluate its In-Home Energy Services program. In-Home Energy Services was launched in August 2024 and was designed to help more customers overcome barriers that have been historically preventing them from completing home retrofit projects that lower utility bills, make homes more comfortable and increase energy efficiency. The offer provides a high level of support to customers via delivery of free, on-site home energy assessments, project oversight and coordination with enrolled trade allies and instant incentives which can cover most or all project costs. The program provides each customer with support from an "Energy Advisor" and" Program Navigator" from Energy Trust’s Program Management Contractor.
