Project includes the construction of additions to the existing preparatory academy building - elementary classroom addition six (6) new classrooms, three (3) breakout classrooms, and restrooms added to the existing elementary school wing. Secondary classroom addition four (4) oversized secondary classrooms to house band, orchestra, dance, and drama programs. The drama classroom will also function as a black box theater. Auditorium addition a new auditorium seating approximately 450 with associated support spaces such as scene shop, control room, dressing rooms, concessions, etc. Lunch preparation kitchen (alternate for building shell only) the building shell for a future lunch preparation kitchen will be included in the design and will be bid as an alternate. Site improvements - site improvements will develop and modify portions of the existing campus as required to support the additions.
