Request for Information - Youth Baseball and Softball Officiating Services

The City of Lynn Haven issued an RFI to conduct market research and identify vendors capable of providing youth baseball and softball officiating and scorekeeping services for games at the Lynn Haven Sports Complex and Cain Griffin Park. The notice lists estimated game counts by age group and staffing requirements (umpires, scorekeepers, and an Umpire in Charge) for the upcoming season(s). This RFI is for information only (not a request for pricing or proposals), will not itself result in a contract award, and responses should describe vendor capability, staffing, experience, certifications, and scheduling/coverage processes.
