Request for Information (RFI) – Online Global Patent Database Subscription

Description: The Department of the Treasury's Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), through its Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, issued this active RFI to identify existing commercially available online patent database subscription services supporting the Security Features Division's research. It seeks information about commercial solutions, industry capabilities, licensing structures, potential sources, and estimated pricing, and may use responses to refine requirements, develop an Independent Government Cost Estimate, and determine an appropriate acquisition strategy. BEP wants an existing commercial subscription solution and expressly excludes custom-built databases, new software applications, and other developmental solutions.
