REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - OPERATIONAL TEST AND TRAINING READINESS DIVISION - DevSecOps

Description: Space Systems Command (SSC) is seeking information from interested industry partners and a Consortium Manager (CM) on designing, engineering, evaluating, and validating a secure, multi-node, multi-vendor continuous software development and delivery architecture. The Government is evaluating the feasibility of a No-Funds-Obligated (No-Cost) Prototype Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. § 4022. The prototype's primary technical objective is to test connecting commercially owned and operated secure facility nodes directly to secure Government cloud environments to enable scalable, secure DevSecOps pipelines.
