Request for Information: Internal eCommerce and Supply Inventory Solution

Description: The Executive Office of the President Office of Administration Information Technology is seeking industry information to plan, configure, and deploy an internal e-commerce and inventory system for office supplies. The contemplated solution may be a cloud Software as a Service subscription or an on-premises Kubernetes application and should support ordering, approvals, spend controls, delivery routing, audit trails, security, training, and approximately 500 items and 1,000 users. This is an RFI special notice rather than an RFP or grant program, and responses are due September 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EDT.
