This open Request for Standing Offer seeks to establish a list of commercial satellite imagery products available from satellite owners or operators of past or active satellite and constellation sensors. The products may include satellite imagery content, imagery metadata, and associated ancillary information and must fit the specified imagery-product, service-priority, and license categories. Purchases may be made as needed through area-based call-ups or annual subscriptions using archived, actively monitored, or on-demand data from optical, SAR, hyperspectral, and lidar sensors.

Interested parties should provide information addressing, at minimum, the following areas: Description of UAS system(s) available, including make, model, and specifications (class (fixed wing or rotary), maximum payload capacity, range, altitude ceiling, precision delivery/release accuracy, and flight endurance). Description of blast testing methodologies, safety protocols, and data collection/instrumentation capabilities employed during testing (e.g., overpressure measurement, fragmentation analysis, high-speed imaging). Experience conducting blast testing operations involving UAS payload delivery, including relevant past performance examples (unclassified). Description of range/site capabilities, or the ability to operate at Government-designated test sites specific to the use of UAS systems to deliver an explosive payload. Additional range/site capabilities shall include explosive weight range limits, size and limits of existing test structures, etc.

The Defense Health Agency seeks contractor support for data abstraction services to populate and maintain the Defense and Veterans Eye Injury and Vision Registry (DVEIVR). The work includes reviewing, extracting, and entering ocular and related clinical data from Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs systems, as well as supporting training, standard operating procedures, quality monitoring, auditing, and stakeholder meetings.
