Description: The Regional School District of Dennis-Yarmouth is seeking a qualified Designer for Marguerite E. Small Elementary School in Yarmouth, Massachusetts, to provide services for design, construction, addition, and/or renovation, beginning with feasibility study and schematic design. The project may involve renovation, renovation and addition, or new construction, with estimated construction costs of $40,000,000 to $120,000,000, subject to Massachusetts School Building Authority approval and funding authorized by the Owner. Responses are due by 12:00 PM on October 6, 2026; an optional informational meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2026, and notice to proceed is anticipated in December 2026.
