Request for Construction Manager Qualifications Renovations At Rutland Middle School (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Schools is soliciting proposals from construction managers interested in providing pre-construction and construction services for a partial renovation of the Middle School. The Middle School (RMS) is located on Library Street in a residential neighborhood. It has a two-level kitchen that serves both the middle school and intermediate school. Adjacent to the cafeteria is a public lobby that has a handicapped ramp and 2 bathrooms. This project includes the following scope: Summer 2027 work o New kitchen on the main level o Renovations to the cafeteria o New material lift to replace 2 existing dumbewaiters. Summer 2028 work o Renovations to the lobby including new ramp and bathrooms o Renovations to the lower level kitchen.
