Request for Applications for On-Call Feeding and Bottled Water Delivery Service

Description: The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), through its Office of Resilience & Emergency Management, is soliciting applications from qualified vendors to provide on-call feeding and bottled water delivery services to ODHS clients throughout Oregon during declared emergencies, disasters, extreme weather events, or other mass care situations. Applicants may offer one or more service options including large- or small-scale meal preparation and delivery, food boxes, reloadable meal cards/vouchers, and bottled water delivery. This is a competitive sealed bid (Informal/Open Market) procurement anticipated to result in multiple Price Agreements, with electronic submissions accepted continuously through the bid opening date of December 31, 2026.
