Description: Work includes replacement of old rotten windows and frames with either aluminum windows windows (color will be decided during the on site visit). There are 8 single windows measuring approx., 75" tall X 47" wide and 2 double windows measuring approx., 78" tall X 82" wide; measure the old existing windows for a more accurate sizes; remove all the old windows and frames and dispose of them off site; clean and prep windows opening for the installation of the new windows; install new windows by caulking as needed; clean all the window glass and return to service.

Replace windows bldg 3 & corridors. The contractor shall remove the existing internal and external window trim and wall finishes in order to successfully gain access to and cut out the existing steel windows. Incorporated into the demolition of the windows will be the safe removal of both lead and asbestos containing material as guided by the local and national rules and regulations of lead and asbestos remediation.
