Replace Roofs - Wheeler Knapp and Bouck Halls RFP

Description: The work of this single bid project includes the full replacement of the roofing systems. Existing door and window thresholds, roof edges, brickwork, and other façade components require height modifications to work with the increase in roofing insulation. Ancillary work includes removing and replacing skylights, ladders, and roof hatches, and providing a new safety tie off system. HVAC equipment will need to be removed to allow for the roofing work and then reinstalled afterwards. There is no hazardous material abatement work necessary.
