Replace HVAC Systems NCD, DYS, CALM Ph 1&2 of 4

Work consists of replace HVAC systems, include replace existing steam boiler with new hot water boiler. Replace existing pneumatic controls with new ddc controls; replace (2) two make-up air units and (8) eight exhaust fans; replace (3) wall hung boilers / associated hydronic specialties and (5) split system condensing units / fan coil units; replace (3) wall hung boilers / associated hydronic specialties, air cooled chiller system and (2) indoor multi-zone units. Includes conversion of multi-zone equipment to vav with an estimated (16) vav terminal unit zones. Replace steam boiler system, air cooled chiller system and one outdoor air handling unit. Retrofit controls on the following existing equipment; (5) steam coils, (1) heat exchanger and crawlspace fan coil unit.
