Replace Elevator Building 355

Description: work involves the demolition/replacement of an existing elevator, 1-Freight (Elevator No. 2) to include the associated equipment in adjoining Elevator Machine Room 117. Additionally, this project replaces (1) - 3’-0” x 7’-0” hollow metal door. Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection work must also be provided in support of the elevator replacements and dedicated HVAC system.
