Description: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, insurance, etc. , necessary to make the repairs and upgrades for two-story, three-bedroom house: replace the existing 100-amp electrical panel in the basement with a 150-amp panel; install five wireless (5) combination smoke/co detectors; one (1) wireless smoke detector to work remotely with a rf unit in the freestanding garage; install three-way light switches for the upstairs bedroom light; install a new receptacle for a new electric range to replace the gas range in the kitchen; install a switch in the master bathroom to operate the existing exterior wall-mounted exhaust fan.
