Repair and Replacement of Storefront Style Doors at DOE OSTI Building *SOLE SOURCE* RFP

Description: The installer will remove and replace two roto-gate and repair three doors at the Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI). Work will include turnkey installation of code compliant doors and accessories. Quotes are to include all costs including freight, labor, travel, material, disposal and offloading of supplied material. The contractor is responsible for verifying the measurements and proper fit of the replacement storefront style doors. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to perform a complete replacement of the identified doors based on the following requirements: Door 41 (Repair): Vendor will replace failing closer and parallel mount on door #41. At no time can an opening to the facility be left unattended. OSTI is a secure site not open to the public. Any openings to the exterior must be secured at the end of the workday. Vendor will coordinate with OSTI to ensure the facility is secure during project. OSTI will be responsible for securing exterior doors leading to work Area. Vendor will make every effort to complete the repairs in one day. See attached file.
