Seeking a vendor for the demolition and replacement of the existing stadium east grandstands and entry plaza. This project will replace the existing east grandstands, storage buildings, and press box with a new NCAA Div 1 grandstand facility, entry plaza, team amenities, and ADA access. Project consists of the construction of a new 5,000-seat grandstand with a press box served by an elevator and egress stair tower. Multiple restrooms, utility rooms, and storage rooms are provided in a building under the grandstand on a new concourse foundation with stormwater storage and containment systems. A new entry plaza extends to the corner of the site with site improvements for fencing, seating, landscaping, lighting, and paving. Additionally, modifications to the northwest corner of the field with retaining walls and an additional turf area. See attached file.
