The strategic priorities include refurbishing the campus building to provide expanded space and hands-on learning opportunities for students in Westminster High School's CTE programs, diversifying and expanding the existing 13 career pathways, and introducing new, market-relevant programs such as aerospace and first responder training. The intended outcomes are to prepare students for high-paying careers immediately after graduation, equip them with valuable certifications and degrees, and foster graduates who can contribute to and revitalize the local community.

The Iver C. Ranum Innovation Campus, a strategic initiative by Westminster Public Schools, aims to transform education by providing students with unique opportunities and specialized pathways in high-demand fields such as aviation, engineering, biotechnology, and cybersecurity. The plan focuses on preparing students for rewarding careers and higher education through industry credentials and college credits, while aligning educational offerings with community and industry needs.
