Interior renovations to hall to update and expand instructional, laboratory and support spaces for growing stem programs. Renovations range from medium intensity rehabs to low intensity updates and fit-outs. Mep work is expected to be limited to localized upgrade of hvac controls, new led lighting, reconfigured power/receptacle layouts at the room level, bathroom upgrades, hvac terminal devices & exhaust fans. Replacement or rehab of core mep equipment including boilers, ahus and chillers is not expected. A fire sprinkler system will be extended to the kunsela c-wing renovation areas (currently not sprinklered).
