Description: Provide professional Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) market evaluation and advisory services associated with the development and commercialization of RNG produced at the Nine Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant. The District seeks to establish a master services agreement with a firm demonstrating extensive expertise in, but not limited to, environmental commodities markets, federal renewable fuel regulations, carbon markets, Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs), Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) credits, voluntary carbon markets, federal tax incentives, lifecycle carbon accounting, commercial transactions involving RNG and renewable energy compliance programs.
