Description: This construction tender seeks replacement of three rooftop mechanical units, including adaptation of their bases and structural reinforcements. Related electrical and architectural work, including ceiling work, and preliminary demolition are also included. The work is to be performed in two phases while the building remains occupied, to maintain the continuity of Civil Security operations.
