Removal of Existing Trane HVAC Equipment (Request for Proposal)

Description: Scope of work to include removal of existing trane HVAC equipment and installation of new trane HVAC equipment. Work to include zone controls and sensors, command all existing zone dampers to the full open position, and close all bypass dampers. New Trane rooftop units will operate from four (4) independent thermostats, with two (2) thermostats serving the upper level and two (2) thermostats serving the lower level.
