Remodeling and Repairs 528 N 34th St RFP

Description: Work includes repair damaged concrete basement window sills on the north foundation wall as required to restore structural integrity and provide a sound surface for new window installation; remove existing north basement windows and install two (2) glass block security windows complete with new window wells and heavy-duty clear polycarbonate window well covers. Install all windows plumb, level, weather-tight, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications; grade the north side of the property to create a positive slope away from the foundation. Install a french drain system extending from the rear yard to the front yard along the north foundation wall. Connect the french drain to the existing downspout drainage system and popup emitter. Verify proper drainage and positive flow away from the foundation. See attached file.
