Remodeling and Repairs 4719 N 30th St RFP

Description: Work includes fence repairs: remove and replace the (2) existing gates to the fence in the back yard. New gates should have latching hardware. Replace the sagging post in the middle of the fence and replumb the sagging porch of the fence. Replace and resecure all other damaged or comprised components of the fence as needed; front entry porch: remove and replace the existing decking on the front porch with painted tongue and groove or pressure treated 5/4 decking. Inspect the existing joists and sister, repair or replace as needed. Replace the existing 2x6 stair treads and replace with pressure treated 2x6s. Replace the existing risers with like pressure treated lumber. Inspect the existing stringers and replace as needed. See attached file.
