The work to be performed includes research of historic documents, site reconnaissance, identification of contamination, risk evaluation, field work, sampling, analysis, data evaluation and additional activities to determine the locations and extent of contaminants present at the site. The scope of the investigation shall provide information sufficient to identify potential liability and risk associated with environmental and public health considerations.
