Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and tools necessary to provide monthly, seasonal and on-call environmental analytical services for Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB), Florida (as coordinated and designated through the Environmental Flight (CEV) of the Mission Support Group, Base Civil Engineering Section). Analytical services and collection methods shall be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Services shall include but are not limited to laboratory analyses and/or collection of environmental samples, consultation, analysis reports, collection records, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control (QA/QC) reports. Sampling parameters for regular quarterly and seasonal samples will be as indicated in paragraph 2.4 and will be taken from sampling points provided by CEV personnel. See attached file.
