Description: The Sanor Drip System Connects to both Urinals and Toilets & helps Reduce Build-Up of Calcium and Lime Scale. A Bowl Cleaner/Odor Control Liquid Refill - Sanor Drip System or Approved Equal/Better Restroom Units for forty-seven (47) Toilets and Urinals located at 4600 Harvard facility of Distribution and Maintenance (D&M). The Units Are To Be Filled, Adjusted and Cleaned Every Month for a Total of Twelve (12) Months. Successful Vendor To Provide Proof of Service to CWD Personnel Upon Completion of Monthly Service. Monthly Service at $ __________ x Twelve (12) Months = $ ____________ . Proof of Service MUST Be Provided for Payment to be Authorized. Current System Being Utilized is the Sanor System. CWD Will Accept Sanor System or Approved Equal/Better. PLEASE NOTE: Unit Costs MUST Include: Shipping & Handling and ANY Applicable Costs. Vendor MUST Submit Product & Warranty Information with Bid Submission. Purchase Order Valid for One (1) Year or Until Funds Are Exhausted Whichever Occurs First. Services & Orders Are To Be Provided After Prior Departmental Approval and As Needed. Purchase Order Not to Exceed $5,047.80. Quantities & Orders May Vary. Additional requirements reflected elsewhere in the solicitation: price quoted shall be F.O.B. delivered to the place designated on the purchase order; delivery quoted in work days after receipt of order; all charges for shipping must be included within the unit price unless designated as a separate line item; MSDS required where applicable; no price increases are permitted under the resulting purchase order.
