Redevelopment & Real Estate Attorney (Request For Proposal)

Description: The City desires to appoint an experienced attorney/firm to represent the City in all aspects of redevelopment, rehabilitation, real estate actions, and eminent domain. Operating knowledge of the following shall be required of any qualified vendor: the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, including state regulations affecting the same; the New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, including state regulations affecting the same; the various regulations promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection; and, Titles 40 & 40A of New Jersey Statutes.
