Recoverable Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems for Frontline Operational Awareness and Surveillance Missions RFP

Description: Conducting market research for the DHS Drone Development Program. DHS seeks information regarding recoverable, reusable, lightweight, rapidly deployable small unmanned aircraft systems capable of supporting authorized DHS frontline operational awareness, surveillance, search and rescue, incident response, perimeter security, disaster assessment, maritime/littoral awareness, and law enforcement support missions. DHS is interested in complete small multirotor system kits with rapid deployment, operational video or imagery payloads, secure command-and-control and data links, domestic sourcing, NDAA compliance, Blue UAS/Green UAS or equivalent cybersecurity and supply chain maturity, and scalable production capacity.
