The Contractor shall replace the existing single ply roof system with new EPDM roofing systems. The Contractor shall verify the roofing square footage prior to procurement of any materials. The Contractor shall protect the building, property, and occupants during demolition and construction. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of all roofing materials in accordance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations. The Contractor shall install ½” perimeter edge nailer. The Contractor shall include 192 SF of plywood sheathing repair and provide square foot unit pricing for additional. The Contractor shall include 20 LF of soffit vent repair and provide linear foot unit pricing for additional. See attached file.

For the single-story, Armistice Chapel, with an approximate 2,100sf of roof area, the work includes removing the existing wood shakes roof system and installing new fire-retardant treated wood shakes, underlayment, new copper flashing, gutters, and downspouts to preserve historic architectural features
