Description: Project J7346 would reconstruct roughly 2.1 miles of 18th Avenue SW between Mayowood Road SW and 40th Street SW, converting the rural road with open ditches into an urban roadway. The work includes a standard roundabout at Mayowood Road, several mini-roundabouts for traffic calming, a shared-use path along the west side, and storm sewer improvements. It also extends sanitary sewer and watermain infrastructure to connect with existing systems in Brook Lane SW.
