Real Property Management System (RPMS) - (Request for Information)

Description: The Contractor shall perform project management to set up RPMS to allow the Government to: Manage Real Property projects that are at varying phases of the project lifecycle (e.g., project initiation or maintenance). Operate using agile development methodologies focus on SecDevOps practices and techniques. Ensure the team delivers agile development artifacts, which will include Project Sprint/Product/ Release Backlogs, Burndowns/ups, Team Velocity, User Story Acceptance Criteria, User Story Estimation, Sprint Review, Definition of Done, and Release Retrospective. Provide recommendations and process for implementing improvements. See attached file.
