RE-BID HIGH STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE II PROJECT

Description: The City is re-advertising bids for the High Street Improvements – Phase II project, which the earlier project notice identified as High Street Downtown Sidewalk Improvements – Phase II. The City's resolution says plans and specifications have been prepared and invites bids from a qualified company to undertake the project work. The earlier contract award to Diamond Construction was rescinded after the contractor abandoned the project.
