Rambler Hazard Tree Removal RFP

Description: The Saratoga-Encampment-Rawlins Conservation District, in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service, is seeking contractors for right-of-way clearing and hazard tree removal near the Mullen Fire burn scar by the Rambler area, west of Rob Roy Reservoir. The work includes mechanical mastication, chipping, and hand-based tree removal to prepare the area for fence replacement, with proposals covering experience, equipment, methodology, references, and costs. Sealed proposals are due September 15, 2026, and award selection is scheduled for September 18, 2026, with preference for completion during fall 2026.
