Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC), Research & Development, a sole-source contract with a base year and four option years to provide Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) oversight for the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS).
