R156-RO2-DB: Design-Build Services for the Upgrade of the Main Sewage Pump and Power Distribution Systems at the Rockaway WRRF

Description: The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified design-build teams interested in providing design-build services for the Upgrade of the Main Sewage Pump and Power Distribution Systems at the Rockaway Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). DEP is using a two-step best value selection process that prioritizes design, quality, experience, and qualifications: from the SOQs DEP will shortlist up to four teams who will then be invited to submit proposals in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP). The resulting design-build contract will deliver safe, reliable, resilient, and cost-effective wastewater treatment services to the Rockaway drainage area for the next 35-40+ years.
