Flatirons Golf Course Pump Station (Request For Proposal) DESIGN-BUILD

Description: DESIGN-BUILD: The selected contractor shall provide design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, site preparation, testing, and commissioning of a complete, automatic, prefabricated replacement irrigation pump station. The work involves removing the existing 25-year-old pump system, modifying electrical and piping infrastructure, installing three 50-HP vertical turbine pumps and one 5-HP pressure maintenance pump rated at 1,500 GPM at 110 PSI with automated VFD controls and remote monitoring, and providing at least eight hours of staff training prior to target completion in Q1 2027.
