R-7278 Naples Seawall – Vista Del Golfo Tiebacks RFP

Description: The City of Long Beach is soliciting construction bids for R-7278 Naples Seawall – Vista Del Golfo Tiebacks, a project to stabilize and repair the city-owned seawall adjacent to Vista Del Golfo on Naples Island. The scope includes temporary relocation and reinstallation of private floating docks, access platforms, and gangways; utility disconnection and reconnection; tieback fabrication and installation; concrete-cap repairs and painting; placement of lightweight cellular concrete behind the wall; and temporary fencing and pedestrian traffic control. Bids are submitted electronically through the City's Long Beach Buys online portal and will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on September 16, 2026.
