Quinault Tribal Courthouse Construction (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide general contracting to construct the new single-story courthouse of approx. 6,625 SF with associated site development and utilities, plus two add alternates for ballistic panel upgrades. Electronic security and information technology equipment will be owner-furnished. Contractor will install electronic security systems with support from the owner's security contractor, and provide the pathways, rough-in, and power connections.
