Quail Ridge Sidewalk Extension RFP

Description: Project includes constructing new sidewalk. Includes constructing new sidewalk, driveways, parking areas, retaining wall, ADA ramps, and reconstructing existing storm drain structures. Work includes 3,720 SF of roadway cross section; 212 LF of sawcut asphalt; 740 SF of remove and dispose of existing asphalt; 540 LF of 2. 5' standard curb and gutter; 560 LF of 5' standard sidewalk; 175 LF of redi-rock retaining wall; 22 LF of multi-use trail; dust control & watering; erosion control.
