Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, through its Office of Research and Development and Regional Procurement Office East, issued this active Special Notice for a proposed sole-source acquisition and support arrangement with Psychology Software Tools for MRI Phantom systems. The requirement covers 25 new phantoms, inspection, calibration, maintenance and upgrades for 105 existing and up to 25 additional units, geometric-distortion disks, storage and shipping, engineering support, and up to 240 hours of website development for VA traumatic-brain-injury research at the Salt Lake City, Utah facility. This is a contract opportunity rather than a grant, and capability statements are due August 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT under FAR 6.302-1.
