The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 10 Contracting Office intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Foundation Medicine, Inc. for proprietary FoundationOne CDx with RNA, Liquid CDx, Heme, and IHC testing services supporting the Pathology and Laboratory Service at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
