PWB Fire Pump and Generator Replacement (RFP)

Description: Work includes replacement of 150 hp fire pump, existing fuel oil transfer pumps, and generators # 001, # 002, # 090 including removal of existing exhaust system. The new electric fire pumps will be installed and has been sized to meet the highest sprinkler demand for all three interconnected buildings; five existing fuel oil transfer pumps will be removed and three new positive displacement pumps (p-001, p-002, p-003) will be installed in a two-hour gypsum board enclosure constructed for these new fuel oil pumps; upgrading of the pwb fuel containment piping, and replacement of all associated automatic transfer switches and controls.
